The holiday cottage -gîte- is a house or an independent accommodation, situated in the countryside or in the mountain. We can rent it for one or several weeks or on the occasion of a weekend. It is the object of a classification in spurs (1 - 5) according to its outside environment, to the quality of the architecture and of the internal arrangement.
The "furnished flat of tourism" is a villa, an apartment, or furnished studio, in the exclusive custom of the tenant, offered rented to a clientele of passage which makes a stay characterized by a rent weekly or there in the month. It is the object of a classification in stars (1 - 5) according to its level of comfort and habitability.
