The Manufacture of Saint-Gaudens-Valentine is the only porcelain factory in the south of France that produced the famous "Blue Valentine."
It was created and directed by the dynasty of Fouque and Arnoux, originating Moustiers-Sainte-Marie in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, also potters in Toulouse.
Works of the painter André Rixens (1848-1925), naturalist academic painter born in Saint-Gaudens, formed in Toulouse and Paris.
